Parents separated 5 years ago and eventually divorced 2 years ago. It was a hard time for me. I was very depressed, angry and isolated. I was also very GREAT at hiding my emotions, when things reached breaking point is when people started suspecting. I also started cutting myself in order 2 deal with the pain and cope. I am alive today coz God kept me here. If i had never went through that terrible time i would NEVER have realised God pushed me to study counselling and fall in love with the divorce process. I would never have met my fiance or best friend. I would never have learnt the things about MYSELF that i know now. I would never have joined CANSA and been with a great organization!!! Life is lived in a forward motion but understood by looking back and THAT is why God is awesome!!!!!! Point-
